We will discuss the origins of bread, sourdoughs, the basics of levain ( sourdough yeast) We built this workshop to simplify making bread at home and to accommodate our busy lives! This is a very hand on workshop. YOU make your bread, this is not once of those watch the master type of class. Our classes are 5 students max to make sure you get all the help and attention you need!

A taste of my very own handmade slow and naturally fermented Sourdough to showcase the full potential of “pain au levain”. A lot of knowledge and confidence with an understanding of bread making the easy way!
You will be given a booklet filled with all the info you need to bake at home. And finally, your delicious freshly baked Baguette!
